Toll Brothers Inc. needed to build townhouse and moderate income units that were attractive and economical to build. Michael Shilale Architects completed designs and construction documents to meet the stringent requirements of the Town of New Castle and to satisfy the State Attorney General as part of the Condominium Offering Plan
