Performance Contract

dollar capital improvement project
at no
cost the to the district or their taxpayers.

Michael
Shilale Architects, LLP (MSA) was asked to help the
district implement critical capital
improvements in difficult economic
times. An Energy Saving Performance
Contract was the best solution. A new roof on
the High School, important boiler replacement
and many other energy saving capital
improvements were provided at no net cost to
the district.
Over $400,000 of annual
energy savings were identified that fund the
needed improvements.
The energy
savings are guaranteed, however like any
construction project, an expert design and
construction team were crucial to a successful
